Submitting your prints to Print-to-Bind

Submitting Test Prints

Print to Bind

  1. Go to Getting Started
  2. Scroll down to the “Remote Order Entry System files" click to install
  3. After installing, run the program (it may start automatically)
  4. Fill out your information, including account
  5. If you do not have an account number, type in “new” and hit “OK”
  6. Close all the other windows, except the main page
  7. Prepare 7 files, and save them as level 10 JPGs @300dpi

Test prints consist of 3 (three) 8x10s:

  1. Test Print 1 consists of one image
    • Full Color (File #1)
  2. Test Print 2 consists of two images
    • Black and White (File #2)
    • Sepia (File #3)
  3. Test Print 3 consists of four images (We suggest four different lighting conditions)
    • Indoor (File #4)
    • Outdoor (File #5)
    • Still-Life (File #6)
    • Reception or Church Light (File #7)

 

  • Once your files are sized and ready, open ROES
    • Sizes
      • Select "Show Sizes Palette" and a new window will open

Note: We suggest keeping the SIZES PALETTE open at all times when using ROES. This allows you to navigate and view all of the template options simultaneoursly. If the Sizes Palette closes, return to "Sizes" and "Show Sizes Palette" to re-open.

  • Click on "Catalogs" at the bottom Select "Zookbinders Test Prints." Three templates will appear
  • Click on the first template so it appears in the main window
  • In the main window
    1. Go to "Folders" on the righ and select your target folder
    2. Click on open. Your files will appear on the right side of the main window
    3. Choose the file you want to put in the template
    4. Drag and drop the image into the template
    5. Click "Add to order"
    6. Repeat this process for all three templates following the file sequence for all three 8x10s.

Once all three 8x10s have been added to your order go to:

  1. "Review Order" and confirm all images are there and in the correct order.
  2. Click the "Please confirm you are submitting one each ..." button.
    • A "check mark" will appear.
  3. Click "Complete order" and a new window will open.
  4. Click "Send Now Via Internet" and the order will be sent to Zookbinders.
